All welded pan , interior and edges made from 3 mm thick quality stainless steel .Underneath pan , an 8 mm thick steel plate ensure quick and even distribution . Front of the pan is so shaped that ensures easy and complete emptying the contents when tilted . All internal corners of pan rounded  for easy cleaning. stainless steel outer casing and cover the latter fully counter balanced when lifted open .

tilting is accomplished by a smooth action hand wheel , which is fully balanced in any tilting position.
